WHAT’S NEW AT AMY FOSKETT DANCE

AMY IS GUEST LECTURER AT BATH SPA UNIVERSITY
During this semester Amy Foskett will be delivering online technique classes to BA2s and then will be going into Bath Spa to deliver choreography and creative workshops to BA1/BA2. "i'm really looking forward to teach the students at Bath Spa, especially finding new ways to create in this new world."
BURNING HOUSE PREMIER
February 28th/29th 2020 saw the premier of AFD's new work 'Burning House'. This new work includes 4 dancers and six king size duvets.
ACE FUNDING!
We are happy to announce that we have received Art Council England Funding for our next project Burning House, The Wolves double bill.
TEACHING AT BATH SPA UNIVERSITY
Amy taught at Bath Spa University in November. The second year students did class with Amy, learn The Wolves rep and worked on choreographic task.
TEACHING AT SWINDON DANCE OCTOBER 2019
Amy has been asked to return to Swindon Dance in October Half term. Teaching students about choreography and choreographic techniques
AMY FOSKETT WILL BE TEACHING AT THE PLACE 30TH MAY
Amy will be teaching during the May half term workshops at The Place. This workshop is for 12-16 years, it will be exploring contact work and choreography.

AFD RETURNS TO MATRAVERS SCHOOL TO DELIVERY WORKSHOP!
Amy and Joe Matravers Alumni return to their old stomping ground to teach the current year 10 students repertoire from The Wolves. This will help inspire them with their creations for GCSE choreography and give them new tools and movement to work with.
AMY IS AT SWINDON DANCE CAT
Amy is working with the CAT students at Swindon Dance in the February half term creating a dance work that will be performed at their final show in July.
RESOLUTIONS 2019
AFD is happy to announce that The Wolves will be performed at The Place, London.
EMERGE FESTIVAL 2018
AFD has been selected to perform The Wolves as apart of C-12 Dance Theatre's Emerge Festival 2018 at The Space, Isle of dogs.
NEW DOUBLE BILL : GATHER
Amy Foskett's New Double bill Premiering at Town Hall Arts in October.
Gather is a double bill formed of Amy Foskett's new work 'The Wolves' and re-created, returning to Town Hall Arts 'To The Flame The Moth Said'.

CREATIVE LAB
Amy has been selected to take part in the Creative Lab ran by Fashion Space Gallery and East London Dance. This week long workshop will involve dance, costume and technology. This amazing opportunity will be such a great experience and we can't wait to see what will happen.
CABARET AT THE ARC THEATRE, TROWBRIDGE
Amy Foskett Dance will be heading to Trowbridge, Wiltshire back to where Amy first started dancing; The Arc Theatre. The Arc Theatre are putting on a special evening full of music, singers, dancers and much more. We are happy to be sharing 'To The Flame The Moth Said'.
